Gatherings with the Bishop

Gathering Format*:

Friday Open House at Mills House
1:00pm-4:30pm (2:00pm presentations)

Friday Dinner at Bishop Scarfe’s Home

6:00pm gather, 6:45 meal

Overnight in Des Moines (If finances preclude you from attending, please contact Bishop Scarfe)

Saturday Gatherings Clergy with the Bishop, Spouses with Donna Scarfe
9:00am-12:00 noon at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul

Next Gathering Date: August 27-28, 2010

The Friday evening gathering will be limited to the 20 people that can fit around the Bishop's dining table. After 20 people have responded, reservations will be closed to further dinner guests, but the other activities are not limited.
